Yesterday I was strolling through Graficatessen (a very cool blog that I recommend if you haven’t already) and came across this beautiful project that I couldn’t possibly not want to share here. This is the work of Barcelona studio Espluga+Associates for the Le Brió de Europastry brand, covering everything from the naming to the logo, visual identity and packaging.
Their website states that the brief was to create a brand for a range of French pastries that would help differentiate them from the competition and highlight the main characteristics of their products: lightness, softness, texture and taste. The solution? Create a magical world where products become other elements such as flowers or bicycles by combining photos and illustrations in a vintage engraving style.
I think the result speaks for itself. Very good work.
