This post is a little flashier than usual. I’m telling you how we increased an account’s billing by 50%. About 7,000 have been billed and in June it will be more than 11,000.
Yes I know. The accounting is nothing, the profit is. But sometimes billing can also be relevant. For example, if you have to provide figures to investors, banks, parents, etc. This case is similar and somewhat special.
With this account, we started with a very low billing. In May, the account billed about 7,000. Our main account for reference, if I remember correctly, was at 47,000 statements in May. It’s much easier to collect 50% on a low-billing Amazon account than another that already has larger amounts. Even so…
This situation is special. We have an investment of 500,000 available for this Amazon account. As I’ve said before, spending money wisely is more complicated than one might think. Much of that money is earmarked for investing in Lego. Still, we need numbers for 2023, so the challenge now is to find products that sell much faster.

Instead of analyzing everything in detail as it should be, we buy a lot, automate the prices with a low ROI (between 10 and 25%) and see which ones are worthwhile. A 10% ROI is too low, so we’ll stick with those that are between 15 and 25%.

You don’t see anything of the other world there. We are very fortunate that capital is not an issue in this case. Rather, the problem is investing it well. That’s where we are, I’ll tell you again and again.
